Help!

Im making my own scenario and I do not know how to get planes on carriers or bases. This is what I do insert, pick unit, hit okay, select base, return to base, this works fine for awhile until I try to do it and it says "Has no suitable place to land" help! and on the carrier I have 8 F-35s ready but im trying to land 12 F-16s on the carrier

Now new problem.. How do i find my world saves! Im looking and I cannot find them, I have the game on steam

F-16s aren't carrier capable, they require special equipment like a tailhook etc
