Help Regarding Scenario Creation

Ok i'm a complete noob to this. Is there a good guide on how to do this? If so where can I find it.

Also in the Edit Events option there is a action called 'End the Scenario' and that is all that comes up. I want to be able to end it on certain outcome if possible. For example if 3 Subs manage to get to a certain postion before being destroyed then the scenario to end. Is this possible or is it at the moment outside the capabilities of the game?

Sorry for the silly question but I've never created a scenario before.

Sorry I haven't responded. I've had an issue where we had a fire in the house. Thank god for the smoke alarm or I'm not sure what would have happened.

Anyhow my mind isn't great i'm struggling to understand what your trying to tell me. I apologize i may need some hand holding. Can you explain it in even more detail for me.
