Reacting to that dramatic headline (savetheroyalnavy.org) posted True large surface units of Russian navy are old without replacements but absurd claim "Fleet is on verge of collapse", later completed by "Russian submarine fleet is main threat. Small but growing numbers that can match NATO in stealth & sophistication". To finally add "Although Russian industry has problems there’s finance & political will to expand & modernise the navy. 33% rise in defence spending in 2015."
