A 3.6 billion € deal for two FREMM frigates and 23 to 26 Rafale (F3R supposedly) would be closed to be signed. However, the French sources are remaining extremely cautious, the Morroccan deal failure still fresh in the memories. The Egyption delegation visiting Paris was supposed to sign a firm contract but did not.
